Vacature Technical Support Manager
For our client, Genencor in Leiden, we are searching for a TECHNICAL SUPPORT OFFICER. Job description
Provide high level technical support for the EMEA region (i.c. single customer portfolio or multiple accounts within a single region).
Troubleshoot customer issues, support development of technical service requests or customer application needs.
Optimize usage of enzymes and create new opportunities for existing/new products.
Customer training in GCI products and applications.
Actively participate in the introduction of new products.
Job requirements
BSc/MSc in Chemical Engineering, Chemistry or related field or B.S./M.S. in business and technical training.
5-8 years experience in Technical Support/Sales in detergent industry or consumer products such as personal care.
Previous lab experience.
Demonstrated success in achieving account plan objectives.
Speaks fluently German and English.
Willingness to travel up to 30% of time.
